Site posture

Approximately 1,200 acres in the MAIP-adjacent footprint with existing road access, transmission in immediate proximity, and a favorable posture toward large industrial-zoned land uses.

Interconnection

Position held in the SPP cluster study with a transmission-service timeline aligned to the late-decade COD target. The interconnection story is central to the project’s credibility and we’ll publish more as studies clear.

Offtake

Structured around a data-center or hyperscaler offtake. Oklahoma’s 2024 BTM framework plus the 1 MW exception provide the legal scaffolding; deal pathway specifics are under NDA until a public announcement is appropriate.
