Saga play

PLACEHOLDER, community-solar subscriber savings narrative renders here on real projects, with allocation mix and subscription timing.

Placeholder project for community-solar page design review.

Program context

Colorado’s HB 26-1007 community-solar framework (building on the earlier community-solar-garden statute) provides the legal basis. The subscriber mix will include an income-qualified allocation sized to the program requirement.

Site posture

Around 35 acres of peri-urban land with favorable distribution access. Sizing is set to the hosting-capacity envelope of the feeder, intentionally modest to avoid deferring to transmission-level interconnection.

Subscription

Subscription opens in advance of commercial operation. Household and small-business subscribers receive a bill credit mechanism tied to the project’s production, net of subscription fee.

Status

Permitting process engaged with the county. Utility interconnection engineering underway. This entry updates as the project moves through each phase.
